Program Stroke School
This group consists of children who are swimmers and practice at school or other swimming teams at least 3 times a week.

STROKE SCHOOL or SQUAD A aiming for the advance level of swimmer.
The swimmers in this class must have the training sessions no less than 3 sessions / week.
Our lesson will focus on stroke correction, while our teacher will analyze, evaluate each swimmer’s weak point of each part of stroke and giving the suitable drill or exercise in order to improve those weak point. Beside of the stroke correction, swimmer will learn about the sprint technic which could enhance their swimming ability for competition. The class are accommodated for 2 swimmers due to the detail focus of each swimmers.
